Landlords

Student FAQ

How does this work?

A: Students can use the site to contact landlords regarding available properties to rent. Submit a form on a property you’re interested in and landlords will respond to the email address you submit.

What if I don’t hear back?

A: If you don’t hear back about a property, feel free to use the contact button in the footer and a member of the College Pads team will assist you in getting a response from a landlord on the platform.

How do I post a sublease I’d like to get filled?

A: Using your login credentials, head to the sublease page and click “Post a Sublease.” You’ll be asked to fill out information regarding the sublease and after you submit, it’ll be posted where only other students have access.

How do I post for a roommate?

A: Using your login credentials, head to the roommate page and click “Need a Roommate”. You’ll be asked to fill out information regarding the sublease and after you submit, it’ll be posted where only other students have access.

Is this only for TSU students?

A: The Texas State Off-Campus Marketplace is available for public use, but the roommate and sublease portions are only for students at Texas State, so you can be certain your sublease and roommate responses are from other students.
